Megabyte Concepts provides computer consulting services, computer & network security support, backup & disaster recovery services, and policies & procedure services. Virus removal, email spam filtration, adware removal, spyware removal, all malware detection & removal, this is where our technology expertise meets your computing needs of the future. We offer end to end IT services you can rely on! This end to end IT services approach ensures that our customers return to us because they want to, not because they have no other choice.

We are available Monday - Friday 10am - 10pm and our PC remote access services are available Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6pm! Saturday's normal onsite office hours are from 10am - 10pm and our PC remote access services are available Saturday 9:30am - 4pm! Our hourly fee based services vary from $85.00 to $250.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum or a $1,000.00 per day flat fee.

Megabyte Concepts Managed Services acts as your internal IT department to provide routine computer system maintenance for your existing equipment and includes remote technical support using world-class software. With Managed Services from Megabyte Concepts, we can provide a single point of contact and accountability for all hardware, software and computer-related services. Every aspect of your company network is managed through our offices. If at any time you are not completely satisfied with Megabyte Concepts Managed Services, you can discontinue our services with no strings attached. Megabyte Concepts can evaluate your Network, PC, or other support and notify you with an estimate. No work shall be performed without your approval. The evaluation charges are applied to your total fee should you decide to allow us to fix your Network, PC or other computer related issues.

$1,000.00 per day - Flat fee for Computer and Network services
